    How can I pay for my items?
    • We have focused on security and simplicity for our customers so all payments can be performed with PayPal payment gateway. If you would like to use your credit /debit card directly, without registering yourself (if you don't have account already), just choose PayPal Express Checkout button on the main cart page (yellow button) and proceed to the gateway site, choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' as guest.
    • All orders are processed in USD, however you can select different currency from the main page drop down menu, to give you estimated price in your local currency.


    When will my order ship? 
    • Your order will usually ship between 1 - 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your package has shipped. (Exceptions being if we are waiting on more stock, if you’ve ordered multiple items and one is a pre-order or not in stock). 
    How long it takes for shipping and delivery?

    • Fluffy Kitties World partners with many workshops and merchants spread across the globe in order to deliver to you the best quality items at affordable prices and best shopping experience. You can expect your order coming from different locations, such as U.S., United Kingdom, Thailand, Vietnam and of course China. If you order multiple items, you can expect multiple packages being sent to your address. 
    Will I get my tracking number?
    • Yes, all orders to below countries will get a tracking number, which you will be sent to your email:
      • United States, Canada, European Union countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan.
    • For rest of the world, you can still receive free shipping but no tracking info will be provided. 
    • You can check where is your item directly from our Tracking page.
      Is shipping really free?
      • While GRAND OPENING promotion lasts, we are offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. After promotion, shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your package and your location. To get an exact quote, place the desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout (don't worry, you won't be charged) — enter your location to see what shipping would cost for you. 
      I paid for the order, but then I had to pay customs as well when package arrived.
      • Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
      Where is my order?
      • You should have a confirmation email with a tracking link, but if it has been more than 5 days, check your spam folder. Of course, if you can’t find it contact our friendly customer support team and they would be more than happy to assist you. 
        I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?
        • Please send an email to and if your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will make adjustments.
        I'd like to cancel my order 😿
        • You can do so at any time before your order is shipped out. Simply email us your order number and your cancel request at 
        We hope that you love your items from us, however, if for any reason you're not happy with your order we offer a return policy to all customers. The items must be in their original condition; we must be informed before sending items back. Simply contact us within 3 days of receipt, and return the item within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price. (Return shipping fee and original shipping fees will not be refunded) If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please take a photo of the item's condition then let us know asap within 3 days. We will refund, or replace your order as soon as we have your photo and email.
